摘要
某项目位于大连市东港商务区,基坑总面积约19 000m2,开挖深度16.9~19.4m,基坑支护采用咬合桩加3道内支撑模式。该项目周围环境复杂,水文地质条件恶劣,给施工带来很大困难。施工过程中通过对该项目施工难点的透彻分析,制订了详尽的施工方案,合理进行施工总体部署,优化内支撑施工组织方案,并针对不良的水文地质条件,提出降排水及撑下淤泥处理的具体办法,顺利完成工程施工。经基坑监测数据及现场巡视,基坑本体及周围环境未发现异常。
The construction area of an engineering is in East-port Business region of Dalian. Its foundation excavation area is about 19 000m^2,and excavation depth is about 16. 9 ~ 19. 4m. To support the foundation excavation,there are secant piles with three internal supports. The complex surrounding environment along with harsh hydrogeological conditions,brought great difficulties to the construction.Through a thorough analysis on difficulties of the construction,this paper develops a detailed construction plan which includes construction overall deployment, internal support organization plan, drainage methods and sludge treatment under supports,so that the construction can be completed successfully.Monitoring data and on-site inspections show that the foundation excavation itself and surroundings are safe.
