In current,Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development PRC actively promotes the development of building industrialization,and the prefabricated building is an important performance of building industrialization. This paper introduces the design and construction of a prefabricated public rental housing,and expounds the key design technology of the variable chamber type building. At last,this paper concludes the advantages of the prefabricated building.
