摘要
O2O商业模式是线下商务与互联网相结合的新模式,是近年来发展十分迅速的电子商务商业模式,该模式将线下与线上相融合,实现了实体经济与虚拟经济的对接,引起了业内外的广泛关注。分析了运营商内部交易现状,提出了一种运营商内部交易O2O商业模式,可激发供应商运营动力,降低企业成本,优化企业资源配置,全面提升客户感知。
O2O business mode is a new one of the combination of offline business and the Internet. It is e-commerce business model which has developed very fast in recent years. It fuses offline and online,connects the real economy and virtual economy,and aroused wide public concern both inside and outside the industry. It analyzed the current situation of operators' internal transaction and proposed the O2 O business model of the operators' internal transaction,which will inspire the suppliers to operate,reduce the enterprise cost,optimize enterprise resource configuration and comprehensively improve customer perception.
