国内外电磁辐射标准综述

Review of Domestic and International Standards for Electromagnetic Radiation

目前国内电磁辐射方面的专项立法尚未明确,各行业内部沿用的标准不一,测试方法原理各有侧重,近年来移动通信基站全天候发射的电磁波,日渐成为电磁环境污染的焦点,在通信行业内,尚无针对性的电磁辐射标准,为避免运营商与居民之间持续不断的纠纷,亟待出台适应于移动通信基站的电磁辐射保护限值。通过国内各行业的电磁辐射标准限值进行了归纳整理,与国际标准进行了对比,并对我国通信行业制定电磁辐射标准提出了建议。

The specific legislation on electromagnetic standard in China has not been clear,the standards on each industry are different,the test method and principle are different. With the higher requirements of people＇s living and working environment,electromagnetic radiation of mobile base station antenna has become the focus of attention. It is urgent to make electromagnetic radiation limit of mobile station to avoid the dispute of telecom operator and resident. Compared with international standards,it has collated the domestic industry standards for electromagnetic radiation limits,presents the suggestions on making electromagnetic radiation standard in telecom industry in China.
