新疆维吾尔自治区在阜康白杨河地区建立了"新疆阜康市白杨河矿区煤层气开发利用先导性示范工程",是我国西部地区中低阶煤层气开发利用的首个成功范例。由于煤层气产业具有上下游一体化以及地质、工程、效益一体化等特点,因而对其经济效益的评价工作在整个产业链研究中便显得尤为重要,是地质选区与评价、钻井和地面工程、经营管理模式等方案设计与实施的核心。为此,对白杨河地区的煤层气探井和煤层气开发先导示范区分别进行了项目经济评价和单井商业气流标准研究,建立了准噶尔盆地煤层气商业气流标准,并绘制了该盆地煤层气商业气流标准图版。结果表明:当煤层气井埋深小于1 000 m、气价为1.814元/m^3时,煤层气井商业气流标准为1 838 m^3/d;当煤层气的埋深介于1 000~2 000 m时,煤层气商业气流标准为2 602 m^3/d;当煤层气的埋深介于2 000~3 000 m时,煤层气商业气流标准为3 795 m^3/d;当煤层气的埋深介于3 000~4 000 m时,煤层气商业气流标准为5 628 m^3/d。结论认为:准噶尔盆地南缘东部乌鲁木齐—白杨河地区埋深浅于1 000 m的中下侏罗统煤层气在目前的气价下,具有开采的可行性和经济效益。
The pioneer CBM development demonstration project established in the Baiyanghe Mine, Fukang, Xinjiang, has become the first successful example of CBM development and utilization in medium-low rank coal regions in West China. Because of the integra- tion of upstream with downstream in the CBM gas industry and the interests of geological exploration with production engineering, commercial assessment plays an important role throughout the whole industry, being extremely essential to both scheme design and the implementation from geological site selection and assessment, to drilling and ground surface engineering, and to management modes, etc. In view of this, a case study was made in this pioneer demonstration CBM project in the Baiyanghe River in terms of economic evalua- tion and the criteria for individual well commercial gas flowrates. The standards of commercial CBM gas flowrates in the Junggar Basin were established and the corresponding standard charts were drawn up. The established standards are listed as follows: given the burial depth of a CBM gas well is less than 1 000 m and the gas price is CNY 1.814 per m3, the commercial flowrate of the CMB gas well should be 1 838 m3/d; given the burial depths are 1 000-2 000 m, 2 000-3 000 m and 3 000-4 000 m, respectively, the commercial flowrates should be 2 602, 3 795 and 5 628 m3/d. It is concluded that the Middle and Lower Jurassic CBM gas reservoir with a burial depth less than 1 000 m in the Ummqi-Baiyanghe River, the eastern part of the southern Junggar Basin, is of great viability and economic-efficiency to be explored and extracted under the present gas prices in China.
