基于正交试验的煤基膏体料浆配比优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用煤基膏体充填料浆实现预充开采是解决小煤窑旧采残留资源二次回采的创新尝试。以水泥为胶结料,原煤和粉煤灰为骨料,运用正交试验方法,研究了原煤、粉煤灰、减水剂比例和浓度对膏体性能指标的影响规律,并通过极差分析和方差分析确定了这些因素的主次顺序和影响程度。研究结果表明:原煤比例的增大会降低膏体强度,粉煤灰可增加膏体的流动性和保水性,膏体浓度对膏体流动性和泌水率影响最大。当原煤∶粉煤灰∶水泥为4∶3∶1,减水剂比例为1.0%,膏体浓度为78%时,膏体料浆的强度和可泵性达到最佳。 The coal-based paste slurry for preliminary backfill is a creative attempt to realize the secondary recovery of residual coal in small coal mine. Taking the cement as cementing material, as well as the raw coal and fly ash as aggregates, the orthogonal experiments were applied to study the variation laws of raw coal, fly ash, water reducer and paste concentration on the performance indexes of paste. And the influence order and influence degree of these factors were determined by range analysis and variance analysis. The results showed that the increase of raw coal ratio wotild reduce the paste strength, the fly ash could improve the liquidity and water-retaining property of paste, and the paste concentration had the most significant influence on the liquidity and bleeding rate. Under the condition of 4 : 3 : 1 of coal : fly ash : cement, 1.0% of water reducer and 78% of paste concentration, the strength and pumpability of paste reached to the best.
