摘要
自然崩落法是一种大规模、低成本和高技术含量的采矿方法,其特点是崩落矿石和覆岩直接接触,在覆岩下出矿,因而回采矿石的贫化及损失较大。若放矿管理不当,将造成矿产资源的浪费和矿山企业经济效益下降,直接与崩落采矿法应用成败相关联。在利用iOreDraw软件方案设计提供的基础数据基础上,综合考虑矿山的计划需求矿量,放矿要求,构建放矿计划的混合整数规划模型,保证出矿品位均衡且矿石损失贫化小,运用iOreDraw放矿管理系统进行放矿计划编制和计划管理,为矿山实际生产和管理提供指导。
Block caving method is a large-scale, low-cost and high-tech mining method. As the caved ore directly contacts with the overlying rock, the block caving method has a higher dilution and loss in the process of the ore drawing under the overlying rock. If the drawing management is inappropriate, it will result in the waste of mineral resources and the economic decrease of mining enterprises, which are directly associated with the application results of block caving method. Through using the basic data provided from the solutions design of iOreDraw software, and comprehensively considering the demanding ore and the drawing requirements, the mixed integer programming model of drawing program was established to ensure a balanced drawing grade and a low loss and dilution rate. The iOreDraw management system was used for the establishment and management of drawing program, which provided guidance to mining production and management.
