摘要
对椭圆股和三角股钢丝绳的扭转和弯曲性能进行了有限元分析.在考虑两类钢丝绳股空间结构的相似性及钢丝间的摩擦接触等情况下,对捻向为右捻的椭圆股和三角股钢丝绳进行参数化建模和性能求解.仿真结果表明:两类钢丝绳股的扭转刚度均随捻角和侧丝直径的增大而增大,椭圆股钢丝绳的扭转刚度和弯曲刚度低于三角股钢丝绳;相对三角股芯丝,椭圆股的芯丝应力集中现象更加明显;在相同的扭转载荷作用下,椭圆股钢丝绳比三角股钢丝绳更易达到应力屈服,这与弯曲载荷作用下的现象相反.
The torsional and bending performances of spiral oval and spiral triangular strand ropes were researched with the finite element method.Considering the similarity of spatial configuration of these two kinds of strand ropes and frictional contact between the wires of the ropes,the parametric modeling and performance solution of the above two strand ropes with right hand lay strand were conducted.Meanwhile,the validity of the model was also verified.The simulation results demonstrate that the torsional rigidities of the two kinds of strand wires increase with the increment of their lay angles and outer wire diameters.Besides,the torsional stiffness and bending stiffness of the spiral oval strand rope are smaller than the corresponding values of the spiral triangular strand rope.The stress concentration occurring on the former center wire is more severe than that appeared on the latter center wire.At the same torsional load,the spiral oval strand rope is more likely to result in a yield stress compared with the spiral triangular strand rope,but the reverse phenomenon occurs when the two strand ropes are subjected to the bending load.
