摘要
手术及病理患者入院后行右额顶部颅骨肿瘤切除术，术中见靠近骨窗处“脂肪组织样”肿瘤组织，黄色，软，侵犯皮下，边界尚清，周边皮下组织明显增生。骨窗下硬脑膜与组织边界清，粘连一般，接触处硬膜增生。
