摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下,"全民所有"的特殊性质、"主导作用"的特殊功能、产业结构的转型升级等,需要我国国有经济进行结构性调整。本文在分三个阶段按"国有工业产出占工业总产出比重"、"国有固定资产投资占全社会固定资产投资比重"、"国有经济就业人数占城镇就业人数比重"三个主要宏观经济指标对我国国有经济从1956~2012年的结构性调整历程进行实证分析后,指出了其存在的问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。
Under the conditions of socialist market economy, due to the special nature of ＂ownership by the whole people＂, the special functionality of ＂leading role＂, and the transformation ＆ upgrade of industrial structure, it is necessary for China＇s state-owned economy to conduct structural adjustment. By adopting the three major macroeconomic indicators of ＂proportion of state-owned industrial output in total industrial output＂, ＂proportion of state-owned fixed asset investment in the total fixed asset investment across the country＂ and ＂proportion of state-owned economy employment in the employment in cities and towns＂, an empirical analysis is conducted on the structural adjustment of China＇s state-owned economy from 1956 to 2012 based on three stages; the problems in it are identified and corresponding policy suggestions are offered.
