新能源革命能否促进中国工业绿色转型?——基于因素分解法的实证分析 被引量:16

Whether New Energy Revolution Promotes China's Industrial Green Transformation?——An Empirical Analysis Based on Factor Decomposition Method

摘要 在新能源革命的推动下,我国工业能源结构已逐步从化石能源主导向多元能源互补阶段过渡,非化石能源主导将是未来新能源革命发展的必然趋势。在此背景下,探析新能源革命能否促进我国工业绿色转型成为重点关注的问题。本文运用修正的Laspeyres分解法对中国工业绿色转型的期望产出和非期望产出进行解析,鉴于工业行业耗能的异质性特征,将38个工业行业分为传统能源组和新能源组两个组别,研究发现:新能源革命对我国工业绿色转型的影响效率显著,尤其是对新能源工业行业的绿色经济效率和环境效率提升作用十分明显,表明我国产业结构调整取得了巨大成效。从影响工业绿色转型的新能源革命因素分解结果来看,能源技术改革是推动工业绿色转型的主要因素,其次是能源结构调整以及新能源环境效应。 under the impetus of the new energy revolution, China's industrial energy structure has gradually transited from the fossil energy leading to multi energy complementary phase transition, non-fossil energy dominated will be the inevitable trend of the further development of new energy revolution. In this context, whether the new energy revolution has promoted China's industrial green transformation has become the focus of this paper. By using the modified Laspeyres decomposition method, this paper divides 38 industrial into traditional energy and new energy in accordance with the heterogeneity of industrial energy consumption and finds that the new energy revolution influence on the transformation of China's green industry efficiency, especially the role of promotion the economic and environmental efficiency new green energy industry, which means China's industrial structure adjustment has made great achievements in recent years. From the results of the influence factors of green new energy revolution, the reform of energy technology is the main factor which promotes the green industrial transformation, followed by new energy structure adjustment and environmental effect.
