摘要
通过试验对不同碳源、氮源、温度、p H对秀珍菇S3-45菌丝生长的影响进行比较,并对其子实体生长的最适温度进行研究。结果表明,以麦芽糖为碳源、酵母粉为氮源的组合,秀珍菇S3-45菌丝生长速度最快,长势最好;秀珍菇S3-45菌丝生长最适温度为24℃~26℃,最适p H为6.00;子实体生长最适温度为15℃~22℃。
The major test for the effect of different carbon and nitrogen sources, temperatures and pH on the mycelial growth of Pleurotus geesteranus S3~45 strain were compared, the most sutible temperature for fruitbody growth was also studied. The re- suits showed that the combination of maltose as carbon source and yeast powder as nitrogen source leaded to the highest myeelial growth rate and the strongest mycelial growth vigor of P. geesteranus S3-45 strain, and the optimum temperature and pH for mycelial growth were 24℃-26℃ and 6.00. The optimum temperature for fruitbody growth was 15℃-22℃.
