摘要
采用木屑、棉籽壳和麦麸为主要原料,配成不同碳氮比的培养基用以栽培泰山赤灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum),探索培养基中不同的碳氮比对其农艺性状的影响。结果表明,泰山赤灵芝菌丝在10种碳氮比栽培料处理上均能生长,且都能形成子实体,但存在差异。在碳氮比为30.23∶1~47.47∶1,菌丝生长最好,表现为菌丝生长速度快,健壮浓密;在碳氮比为30.23∶1~38.00∶1,子实体商品性状好,且产量和生物学效率最高。综上所述,泰山赤灵芝栽培较适宜培养基碳氮比为30.23∶1~38.00∶1。
In order to explore the effect of C:N ratio on the agronomic characters of Ganoderma lucidum, we used the sawdust, cottonseed hull and wheat bran as the main material with different C:N ratio to cuhivate the G. lucidum. The results showed that the G. lucidurn could grow and form fruitbody in 10 treatments. When the C:N ratio were from 30.23:1 to 47.47:1, the myeelial growed rapidly and strong, while the C:N ratio were from 30.23:1 to 38.00:1, the yield and biological efficiency were the highest with the good commodity character. In summary, the optimum C:N ratio of G. lucidum was from 30.23:1~38.00:1.
