高校创新创业人才培养模式探析

The Analysis of Innovation Startup Cultivation Model in Colleges and Universities

"大众创业,万众创新"背景下,构建创新创业人才培养模式,培养创新创业人才,是目前高校创新创业教育关注的重点。闽江学院注重将创新创业教育融入专业教学过程,以创新引领创业,形成了独具特色的"金、木、水、火、土"创新创业课程体系,并依托双导师制,强化互动探究式实践教学方法,在创新创业人才评价标准体系方面进行了积极有益的探索,逐步构建了创新创业人才培养体系。

Under the inspiring circumstance of public innovation startup, it becomes a heated topic for high education institutes to focus on the establishment of cultivation model for young talented undergraduate entrepreneurs and its results. Minjiang University puts much effort on reconciling the in- novation startup education and professional teaching methods, which shall allow innovation to be the beacon of startup. For now, it has formed a unique educational system featuring five elements, which are metal, wood, water, fire and earth. The system also has a basis on double mentors and strengthens the interactive, practical teaching methods. In additon, Minjiang University has made positive progress in studying the related evaluation standards, and in setting up the system of undergraduate innovation startup cultivation.
