摘要
老挝作为"一带一路"建设的重要参与国,随着泛亚铁路的开工建设,已成为新的投资热点。与此同时,中国明确表示支持本国律师事务所在境外设立分支机构,参与国际法律事务,提升律师国际事务处理能力,增强国际话语权。本文主要介绍老挝国家律师制度,特别是老挝对外国律师事务所分支机构的设立及外国律师在老挝执业管理等。
Because of the Pan-Asia railways is under the construction, Laos as an important part of the construction of ＂the Belt and Road＂ has become a new investment hot spot. meanwhile, China has clearly expressed that it will fully support its law offices to open branches in foreign countries in order to participate in international legal affairs so as to improve its ability in handling the international legal affairs and speaking power in the world. This article introduces the lawyer system in Laos, especially focuses on establishing foreign law offices and management of foreign lawyers in Laos.
