摘要
[目的]观察两性霉素B在体外对棘阿米巴生长的抑制作用.[方法]用生理盐水作为空白对照,甲硝唑2.0g/L作为阳性对照,观察1.0,5.0,10.0mg/L质量浓度的两性霉素B在体外作用8,24,48,72h时的棘阿米巴生长情况.[结果]质量浓度分别为5.0,10.0mg/L的两性霉素B作用24h时开始对棘阿米巴的生长具有抑制作用,而质量浓度为10.0mg/L的两性霉素B在体外对棘阿米巴生长的抑制作用明显优于甲硝唑.[结论]质量浓度为5.0mg/L以上的两性霉素B在体外对棘阿米巴具有抑制作用,且质量浓度为10.0mg/L时的抑制作用更为显著.
OBJECTIVETo observe the inhibitory effects of amphotericin B on the growth of Acanthamoeba in vitro.METHODS Using saline as a control and 2.0g/L metronidazole as a positive control,Acanthamoeba was cultured with 1.0,5.0,10.0mg/L concentration of amphotericin B in vitro.The growth status of Acanthamoeba was observed at 8,24,48 and 72hafter the first dose.RESULTS Amphotericin B with the concentration of 5.0and 10.0mg/L could inhibit the growth of Acanthamoeba at 24h(P〈0.05).The inhibitory effect of 10.0mg/L amphotericin B at 24 hwas superior to metronidazole.CONCLUSION More than 5.0mg/L amphotericin B had inhibitory effect on the growth of Acanthamoeba in vitro,and the inhibitory effect of 10.0mg/L amphotericin B was more significant.
