延边地区脑卒中高危人群健康素养现状分析

Analysis of the status of health literacy among high risk population of stroke in Yanbian area

[目的]分析延边地区脑卒中高危人群的健康素养现状.[方法]利用整群便利抽样法选取延边地区330例脑卒中高危人群进行健康素养问卷调查,并进行分析.[结果]330例脑卒中高危人群中健康素养缺乏为58例(17.6%),临界健康素养为94例(28.5%),健康素养充足为178例(53.9%).[结论]延边地区脑卒中高危人群健康素养处于中等水平,年龄、性别、婚姻、居住状况、职业、文化程度、月收入是影响脑卒中高危人群健康素养的因素.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the status of health literacy among high risk population of stroke in Yanbian area.METHODS The cluster convenient sampling method was used to select 330 cases of high risk population of stroke in Yanbian area and questionnaire survey about health literacy was conducted and analyzed.RESULTS Among the 330 cases of high risk population of stroke,58cases（17.6%）were lack of the health literacy,94cases（28.5%）were critical health literacy,while 178cases（53.9%）had adequate health literacy.CONCLUSION The health literacy of high risk population of stroke in Yanbian area was in the medium level.Age,gender,marital status,living status,occupation,education level and monthly income were the influencing factors of health literacy.
