摘要 食物过敏的发病率为2%-8%,逐渐成为备受关注的公共健康问题。食物过敏可以引起全身各个系统(胃肠道、皮肤、呼吸道、鼻部、口腔、神经系统等)的临床症状。传统的变态反应学中,诊断食物过敏的方法主要包括病史、皮肤点刺试验(skin prick test,SPT)、血清sIgE检测、
