制造业与物流业联动发展研究——基于“边际决定论”视角 被引量:4

A Study on the Joint Development of Manufacturing and Logistics Industry: A Perspective from Marginal Determinism

摘要 全球金融危机发生后的2009年,我国正式实施"制造业与物流业联动发展"工程,目的是推动主辅分离,发展第三方物流,解决我国物流成本占GDP比重长期居高不下的问题,更好促进制造业转型升级。通过对长三角、珠三角和四川省的"两业联动"新模式,以及制造业物流业的四个发展阶段进行分析,发现"主辅分离"在某些方面并未降低制造业物流企业对大型制造企业的依赖度,物流企业未成为真正的第三方物流,以致不能有效地降低社会物流总费用,并发现"边际决定论"能揭示制造业和物流业相关关系演化的原因和过程。最后,从"边际决定论"视角为未来"两业联动"的更好发展提出建议。 After the global financial crisis, China implemented a joint project to devel- op manufacturing and logistics industry in 2009. The project aims to promote the separation of assisting industry from the main industry, to develop the third-party logistics to solve the problems of high logistic costs in GDP, and finally to improve the transformation and upgra- ding of manufacturing industry. Through the examination of the joint development of two industries in Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Sichuan Province and the four de- velopment stages of two industries, we find that the separation to a certain extent does not reduce the dependence of logistic firms on the large manufacturing firms and the logistic industry hasn't really been an independent third party. As a result, the overall societal logistic costs fail to reduce. Meanwhile, we find that Marginal Determinism can explain the reason and process of the relationship between manufacturing and logistics industry. Finally, we put forward some suggestions to better promote the joint development of the two industries from the perspective of Marginal Deternism.
