成年人法洛四联症合并大面积肺栓塞一例报道并文献复习

Tetralogy of Fallot Combined with Massive Pulmonary Embolism in An Adult: Case Report and Literature Review

法洛四联症是以室间隔缺损、主动脉骑跨、右心室流出道梗阻(肺动脉狭窄)、右心室肥厚为特征的先天性心脏病。成年人法洛四联症患者较为少见。肺栓塞是以各种栓子阻塞肺动脉系统为其发病原因的一组疾病或临床综合征的总称。本文报道了1例成年人法洛四联症合并大面积肺栓塞患者,可为进一步了解成年人法洛四联症患者的并发症和临床预后提供参考。

Tetralogy of Fallot is a congenital heart disease,which is characterized by ventricular septal defect,aortic saddle,obstruction of the right ventricular outflow tract（ pulmonary stenosis）,and right ventricular hypertrophy. Tetralogy of Fallot in adults is relatively rare. Pulmonary embolism is a general term of a group of diseases or clinical syndrome,of which the causes are the obstruction of pulmonary artery system by a variety of embolus. In this paper,an adult patient with tetralogy of Fallot combined with massive pulmonary embolis. This may provide references for further understanding the complications and clinical prognosis of tetralogy of Fallot in adults.
