《产科实习护士随身宝典》在临床教学中的应用

摘要 探讨《产科实习护士随身宝典》在临床教学中的应用,将72名护理本科生随机分为实验组37名和对照组35名,对照组采用传统式的带教方法,实验组在传统带教方式的基础上每人发放一本《产科实习护士随身宝典》,实习结束前对两组护生进行出科考试及问卷调查。使用《产科实习护士随身宝典》的护生在出科考试,问卷调查中带教老师对护生的评价,产妇对护生的满意度都有明显的提高。应用《产科实习护士随身宝典》在产科的护理实习教学中,能提高学生的学习积极性,提高临床教学质量。 In order to explore the application effect of clinical teaching with Pocket book for Obstetric nurses during clinical practicum. 72 undergraduate students were divided into experimental group with 37 students and control group with 35 students. The control group used the methods of traditional teaching,and each student in the experimental group would carry the book on the basis of traditional teaching,there would be examination and questionnaire survey before the end of internship. After using the book,the evaluation of clinical teachers for the nursing students and the satisfaction of patients had significantly improve. Using the book in the nursing practice teaching of obstetrical department Improved students' learning enthusiasm and the quality of clinical teaching.
