护理信息能力评价指标体系的构建研究

Developing nursing informatics competencies evaluation index system

目的:初步构建一套客观、科学及符合我国国情的护理信息能力评价指标体系。方法:利用文献调研法、德尔菲法及层次分析法筛选并确定指标权重,进而构建护理信息能力评价指标体系。结果:初步构建了一套包含3个一级指标,7个二级指标和54个三级指标的护理信息能力评价指标体系。结论:研究结果具有较好的科学性,为护理信息能力的评估提供了工具,同时为相关研究提供了新的视角。

Objective： To establish a set of evaluation index system for nursing informatics competencies which was objective, scientific and accorded with the situation of our country. Methods： Mainly using the methods of literature research , Delphi and AHP to establish the evalu- ation index system of nursing informatics competencies. Results： The evaluation index system consisted of 3 first-dimensions, 7 second-dimen- sions and 54 items. Conclusion： The result was scientific, which provided a tool for the evaluation of nursing informatics competencies and a new perspective for relevant research.
