摘要
形成性评价在住院医师培养中的作用越来越受到重视。文章介绍了北京大学第一医院儿科形成性评价体系,并且通过调查问卷的形式进行了相关调查。结果发现形成性评价对于促进儿科住院医师能力培养很有意义,尤其推崇迷你临床演练评估(mini-CEX)、360度评估、出科结构化病历面试,并且提倡及时反馈。
The formative assessment in the training of resident doctors has been paid attention more and more. In the past 2 years, the pe- diatric department of Peking University First Hospital had established a relatively perfect system of formative assessment by using foreign ad- vanced experience combined with the Chinese situation, based on the requirements of the health ministry. The specific contents were introduced in this article. Investigations were conducted in a form of questionnaire. The results showed that the formative assessment is of great significance in the promotion of pediatric resident doctors training with high feasibility and reliability, which includes mini-CEX, 350 degrees assessment and structured medical records interview. In addition, regular relevant training of the formative assessment should be performed in resident doctors in order to promote the resident doctors understanding and to ensure the implementation.
