摘要
目的:探讨循证医学在妇产科教学中的教学效果。方法:2012级临床学生150人为试验组,以循证医学法讲授,2011级学生140人为对照组,以传统教学法讲授。学期末进行理论及实践技能考核,并对试验组学生行问卷调查。结果:试验组学生主观理论及实践技能成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证医学法有助于循证思维形成,提高综合素质,有助于培养创新型人才。
Objective: To study the teaching effect of evidence-based medicine in department of gynecology and obstetrics teaching. Methods: 150 clinical medical students in grade 2012 were tested by the method of evidence-based medicine. 140 students were taught by the tradi- tional teaching method in the control group. The theory and practical skills were evaluated at the end of the study. The students in the experi- mental group were followed by the way of questionnaire survey. Results: The students' subjective theory and practical skills in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:Evidence based medicine method is helpful to the for- marion of evidence based thinking, to improve the comprehensive quality and to cultivate innovative talents.
