PBL教学模式与CP教学模式结合在神经外科护理实习教学中的应用研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的:探讨PBL教学模式与CP教学模式结合在神经外科护理实习教学中的应用效果。方法:以2013年7月-2015年6月在神经外科实习的88名护理本科生为研究对象,随机分成对照组(n=44)和实验组(n=44),对照组采用传统教学法,实验组则采用PBL+CP模式教学法。对两组学生理论考试、临床技能操作考核、综合能力成绩以及自制的调查问卷表进行比较,并对比学生对两种教学法的认可程度及满意度。结果:实验组学生的理论考试、操作技能及综合能力考核成绩明显高于对照组,对PBL+CP教学模式满意度高。结论:PBL+CP教学模式有利于使护理实习生全面掌握知识,提高教学效率,同时也能提高其自主学习及评判性思维等综合能力。 Object: This paper maily explores practical effect of employing PBL and CP teaching mode together in neurosurgery nursing in- tern. Applying data from 88 neurosurgery nursing intern from July 2013 to 2015, this paper divided 88 cases into two groups randomly:the con- trol group( n = 44 ) and the experimental group( n = 44 ). The control(traditional) group employees traditional methods, the experimental group employees PBL and CP mode. Comparing the theoretical examination score, clinical skills assessment, comprehensive ability scores and grati- ode from patients, as well as the intern gradutes' gratitude and recognition, the experiment proves that theoretical exam scores, practical skills and comprehensive ability scores are higher than the expreimental group, and they share higher gratitude degree. In conclusion: this paper proves that the mixture of PBL and CP mode si more effective for nursing interns to mater knoledge comprehensively and improve efficiency.
