摘要
目的:探讨"三明治"教学法结合Mini-CEX在中医妇科临床带教中的效果。方法:将2014-2016年度在妇科门诊实习的七年制学生随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采用"三明治"教学方法和传统带教方法。通过出科理论考核、Mini-CEX评分及教学反馈问卷评估教学效果。结果:实验组学生理论考核、Mini-CEX评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"三明治"教学法结合Mini-CEX在中医妇科临床带教中取得良好效果,值得进一步改进推广。
Objective:To explore the result of applying sandwich teaching method with Mini-CEX in clinical teaching of gynecology of TCM. Methods:Seven year's system students from 2014 to 2016 were divided into experimental group and control group at random. The experi- mental group was trained by sandwich teaching method, the other was trained by traditional teaching method. Teachers evaluated the results by theory examination, Mini-CEX test and the feedback questionnaire. Results: The results of the experimental group was better than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Sandwich teaching method with Mini-CEX have good effects and are worthy of generalization in the clinical teaching of gynecology of TCM.
