摘要
对我国家禽的肉质评价方法体系存在的主要问题进行了深入的分析,探讨了品种、分布、经济投入等对现阶段我国家禽肉品质评价方法体系产生的影响,并预测了未来家禽肉品质分析方法体系的发展趋势,为我国家禽肉品质分析评价技术的发展提供参考。
In the research,the main problems of local poultry meat quality evaluation system in China are briefly introduced.The effects of variety,distribution and economic investment on the evaluation system are discussed. The development trend of poultry meat quality analysis methods in the future is predicted. Which provids an important reference for the development of poultry meat quality analysis and evaluation technology in China.
