现今,食品添加剂已成为食品的重要组成部分,但民众对其鲜有了解。随着近些年食品安全事故的多发,形成添加剂有害的认识。通过分析食品添加剂性质和使用现状,为消费者及食品生产企业提供参考和建议。
Nowadays, food additives has become an important part of food, but people know little about it. As frequent accidents of food safety occurs in recent years, the understanding that addition is harmful has gradually formed. The article provided reference suggestion for consumers and food production enterprises by analysising food additives properties and current situation of using.
