摘要
BJT的特性曲线尤其是其输出特性曲线对于初学者而言较为抽象、难理解,而只有掌握了其特性曲线,才能对BJT构成的放大电路更容易的加以理解。通过Proteus软件对BJT特性曲线的仿真研究,使得该知识点形象、生动、化难为易。进一步加深了对其的理解和掌握,为后续知识学习打下扎实的基础。
The characteristic curves of BJT, especially its output characteristic curves is more abstract and difficult to understand for beginner, and only master the characteristic curves, the amplifier circuit of BJT is more easy to understand. Through simu- lation research of BJT characteristic curves by Proteus, the knowledge is more visualize, vivid, and easy to understand. To fur ther deepen the understanding and mastery of this knowledge will lay a solid foundation for the further study.
