浅议信邑沟水库除险加固工程施工质量管理

The Construction Quality Management of Reinforcement of Xinyigou Reservoir

建设单位在工程建设过程中制定并不断完善施工质量管理方面的制度和措施,层层落实管理责任,加强施工前预防,施工过程中控制,并不断纠偏,按照相关合同进行投资控制,及时处理施工过程中质量方面的变更和索赔等问题,施工完工后进行质量检测,是确保工程施工质量符合设计文件和相关施工规范要求的重要举措。本文通过对信邑沟水库除险加固工程建设单位在施工质量管理体系、质量控制及质量控制措施几个方面的阐述,以期达到说明建设单位在工程建设过程进行施工质量管理重要性的目的,以供同仁参考。

In the construction process, developing and constantly improving the system and measures of construction quality management, implementing management responsibilities, strengthening the prevention before the construction and control in the construction process, and correcting investment control in accordance with the relevant contracts, timely processing con- struction alteration and claim problems in the process of quality, carrying out quality inspection after the completion of con- struction are important measures for construction units to ensure the quality of construction in accordance with the design docu- ments and construction specifications. Based on the analysis of the construction unit in Xinyigou reservoir reinforcement project on the quality management system, quality control and quality control measures, this paper illustrates the importance of con- struction quality management in the construction process.
