Reform and Practice of Higher Vocational Talents Training under the Background of Students Diversification——Taking the Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering Construction Specialty of Yangling Vocational & Technical College as the Example

根据国家对高职教育的指示和当下生源特点,结合杨凌职业技术学院水利工程学院水利水电建筑工程专业在人才培养过程中遇到的问题,本文就高职水利类专业如何实施分类分层教学从学院政策、后勤保障、课程体系设置、师资队伍建设、教学手段提升、大学生实践能力提高等方面进行了阐述,以期对其他同类院校同类专业有借鉴作用。

According to the development trend of higher vocational education and students characteristics, combining with the status of Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering Construction specialty of Yangling Vocational ＆ Technical College, this paper discussed how to carry out delaminated teaching from aspects of college polices, logistical support, course system setup, construction of teaching staff, enhancement of teaching means, and the improvement of university students＂ practical ability, so as to provide reference for other similar institutions.
