浅析高校就业教育与创业教育之衔接

The Cohesion of University Employment Education and Entrepreneurship Education

创业成为时代宠儿,创业教育被高校列为教学重点之一,就业教育似乎被忽略了,由此引发思考。本文简述就业教育和创业教育的概念演进,通过辨析两者关系,明确两者均属于职业生涯教育的一部分,两者存在内在的统一,可将两者的教育目标及内容、师资、实践等进行衔接,此种衔接将产生积极意义,如促进"创业带动就业"的实现,使受教育者树立正确的择业观念,实现教学资源的高效利用,推动就业创业教育向基础教育普及。

Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is listed as one of the teaching focus, employment education seems to be ignored. This paper briefly describes the employment education and the evolution of the concept of entrepreneur- ship education, through the analysis of the relationship between them, and also determines that the both belong to the part of career education, the both have intrinsic unification. The education content, teachers, and practice of the both can be joined, this cohesion will have positive significance, such as promoting the implementation of ＂entrepreneurship to create more employ- ment opportunities＂, which makes the educatees to set up correct professional idea, realize efficient utilization of teaching re- sources, and promote employment and entrepreneurship education polarizing in basic education.
