随着高职院校的迅速发展,青年教师已成为高职院校教师队伍中的生力军,并作为学校的教育者,肩负为党和国家培养革命事业可靠接班人和社会主义合格建设者的光荣使命。这些在市场经济条件下成长起来的青年教师的思想政治素质直接影响学生的思想政治素质教育和高职院校人才培养质量。高职院校青年教师思想政治素质教育现状告诉我们,他们既是教育者,又是被教育者。

With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges, young teachers have become the main force of teaching in higher vocational colleges, as educators, they undertake tasks to train qualified socialist builders and reliable successors of the Party and the country. The ideological and political quality of young teachers who have grown up under the market economy conditions has a direct impact on the students＇ ideological and political education and the quality of talents training in higher vo- cational colleges. The present situation of the ideological and political quality education of young teachers in higher vocational colleges tells us that they are both educators and educatees.
