摘要
漆酶是一种含铜的多酚氧化酶,在造纸、食品、环境治理以及生物能源等方面有广泛的应用。介绍了漆酶的结构特征、催化机制、活性影响等因素,讨论了其工业化生产应用状况,并展望了漆酶的应用前景。
Laccase is a kind of polyphenol oxidase containing copper,which is widely used in paper making,food,environmental management,biological energy and other industries.The present paper introduces the structural characteristics,catalytic mechanism,active influence and other factors of laccase,discusses its application of industrial production and forecasts its future applications.
