摘要 研究用超声波技术制备生物质污泥水煤浆。采用干燥法、旋转粘度计法、静止析水法分别探讨了污泥煤浆的最佳浓度、表观粘度和静态稳定性。通过研究表明添加过污泥的水煤浆比没有添加过污泥的水煤浆浓度会有所提高;又经超声波强化后污泥水煤浆的浓度会随超声波频率的增加而升高、随超声时间的不同而改变。综合分析得出污泥的添加量为18%,超声时间为20min时污泥水煤浆浓度最佳。污泥水煤浆的表观粘度在超声波频率相同时其总体趋势随时间的增加而降低。超声条件为59k Hz、20min时污泥水煤浆的静态稳定性能最佳。 The preparation of biomass sludge coal water slurry by ultrasonic technology is stuided.The optimal sludge coal slurry concentration,apparent viscosity and static stability is discussed through dry method,rotating viscometer method and static analysis water respectively.The study shows that the addition of water coal slurry sludge than without added water coal slurry concentration of sewage sludge will be increased.After ultrasonic enhanced the sludge concentration of coal water slurry will be increased with the increase of ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic time and change.Comprehensive analysis shows that the sludge content is 18%,and the concentration of sludge slurry is best when the ultrasonic time is 20 min.The apparent viscosity of sludge coal water slurry is decreased with the increase of the time and the overall trend of the ultrasonic frequency.The best static stability of coal water slurry is 59 KHz and 20 min.
