气道平滑肌细胞在支气管哮喘气道炎症中的作用研究进展

Review of the role of airway smooth muscle cells in airway inflammation of bronchial asthma

支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）是多种细胞参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病。气道平滑肌细胞（air—way smooth muscle cells，ASMCs）参与了气道炎症的进程。哮喘中，ASMCs接受相应刺激或与免疫细胞相互作用时能够产生、分泌大量的炎性细胞因子、趋化因子、粘附因子及细胞外基质（extracellular matrix，ECM），进一步导致气道炎症的持续化，促进气道高反应性（airway hyperresponsiveness，AHR）及气道重塑。本文综述了气道平滑肌细胞在哮喘气道炎症中作用的研究进展，旨在为哮喘的临床治疗提供新思路。

Bronchial asthma （Asthma） is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways in which many cell types play a role. Airway smooth muscle cells （ASMCs） can participate in airway inflammatory processes Upon stimulation or interaction with immune cells,ASMCs produce and secrete a variety of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, cell adhesion molecules, and extracellular matrix（ECM） proteins. These released mediators can, in turn, contribute to the inflammatory state, airway hyperresponsiveness, and airway remodeling present in asthma. This review shows the research progress of pro-inflammatory functions of airway smooth muscle cells in asthma ,then it may help to identify more reasonable and effective targets for future therapy.
