计算机辅助手术系统联合3D打印在口腔颌面部缺损修复手术中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨计算机辅助手术系统联合3D打印在口腔颌面部缺损修复手术中的临床应用效果。方法选取行颌面部缺损修复重建手术病人20例,随机分为计算机辅助手术组和传统手术组,各10例。传统手术组采用常规颌骨重建手术方式;计算机辅助手术组应用计算机辅助手术系统联合3D打印技术制作下颌骨病灶及镜像模型,进行钛板的预弯成形。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量及颌面部缺损修复效果。结果计算机辅助手术组手术时间短于传统手术组,出血量少于传统手术组,差异有显著性(F=86.3、20.4,P<0.01)。两组病人面容及咬合关系恢复均良好,治疗效果均满意,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论计算机辅助手术系统联合3D打印技术用于颌面部缺损修复可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of computer-aided surgery system and 3D printing (CASS- 3DP) in reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects (OMDs). Methods Twenty patients with OMDs scheduled for repair and reconstruction surgery were equally randomized to computer-aided surgery group (C-A group) and traditional surgery group (T-S group). A conventional maxillofacial reconstruction was applied in T-S group, and in C-A group, a mandibular focus and image model was created using CASS-3DP, pre-bending of titanium plate was made. The operation time, blood loss at surgery and effectiveness of the repair were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time was shorter and blood loss was less in the C-A group than that in the T-S group, the difference being significant (F = 86.3,20.4;P 〈0.01). Facial features and oc- clusal relationship were well recovered in both groups. Conclusion Computer aided surgery system and 3D printing used for maxillofacial defect repair can shorten operation time and reduce blood loss at surgery, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
