基质金属蛋白酶在特发性肺纤维化中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 特发性肺纤维化发病机制尚不明确,目前研究认为其主要发病机制是对不明原因肺泡上皮细胞损伤的异常反应。而这种持续的肺泡上皮损伤异常修复促进成纤维细胞增殖、胶原沉积等,最终导致肺正常结构的破坏。部分基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)在特发性肺纤维化肺组织中表达增多,通过重构细胞外基质和破坏基膜发挥作用。此外,MMPs还可以破坏分子介导的细胞-细胞、细胞-细胞外基质相互作用,并激活细胞因子和细胞因子受体,通过细胞凋亡、迁移、增殖和血管生成等方式参与特发性肺纤维化的病理生理学过程。本文对MMPs在特发性肺纤维化中的作用机制研究进展进行综述。
