性激素治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果探究

目的探讨性激素用于治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法本院2014年7月至2016年1月间收治的青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者中随机抽取80例为研究对象,将其随机分入观察组和对照组中,对照组患者给予常规黄体酮+补佳乐治疗,观察组患者给予妈富隆治疗,对比分析两组患者的总有效率、不良反应发生率等指标。结果观察组患者的总有效率95.0%显著高于对照组的80.0%,且观察组患者用药期间的不良反应发生率7.5%低于对照组的27.5%(P<0.05);观察组患者的控制止血时间、完全止血时间更短(P<0.05)。结论青春期功能失调性子宫出血采用妈富隆治疗效果确切,安全性高,能快速止血,恢复正常的月经周期,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the sex hormone used in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 80 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from July 2014 to January were randomly selected and eases were taken as the research object, The random points into observation group and control group, control group patients＂ routine progestin＋complement jiale treatment, observation group patients give morn rich grand treatment, compared effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions and other indicators in the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group （95%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （80%）, the incidence rate of the adverse reaction during the treatment and the patients in the observation group （7.5%） was lower than the control group （27.5%） , P〈0.05; the control of bleeding time and hemostasis time in the observation group of patients were shorter, P〈0.05. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of Marvelon pr6cis is safe, can quickly stop bleeding, restore normal menstrual cycle, improve the quality of life of patients.
