个体化康复护理对脊髓损伤后发生膀胱功能障碍的恢复效果分析

Analysis of individualized rehabilitation nursing on the recovery effect of bladder dysfunction occurs after spinal cord injury

目的研究个体化康复护理对脊髓损伤后发生膀胱功能障碍的患者的恢复效果。方法研究对象为本院2015年1月至2016年2月期间收治入院的29例脊髓损伤患者。将29例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组15例,对照组14例。对照组按SCI患者护理常规进行护理。观察组采用包括膀胱功能训练、留置导尿管、间歇性导尿和心理治疗的个体化康复护理,比较两组患者在干预前后的膀胱容量、残余尿量及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组和对照组的膀胱容量均有增加,残余尿量均较少,但是观察组的改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,观察组的临床有效率明显高于对照组（86.7%vs.42.9%）,差异均有统计学意义（χ~2=4.365,P〈0.05）。结论通过个体化康复护理,患者的膀胱容量明显增加,残余尿量减少。患者恢复了自主排尿功能,膀胱功能恢复平稳,并且降低了并发症,显著提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To study individualized rehabilitation nursing of bladder dysfunction of patients with spinal cord injury recovery effect. Methods 29 cases with spinal cord injury admitted in the hospital from January 2015 to February 2015, during were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, observation group with 15 cases and control group with 14 cases. The control group by SCI patient care routine nursing. Observation group including bladder function training, urethral catheter, intermittent catheterization and individualized rehabilitation nursing of psychological care, before and after the intervention on the patients of bladder capacity and residual urine volume using t test, after the intervention of clinical curative effect of using the ehi square test. Results After treatment, thelinieal effectiveness of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （73.3% vs. c 50.0%）, and the differences were statistically significant （~2= 4.921, P〈0. 05）. Conclusions By individualized rehabilitation nursing, the bladder capacity increases significantly, and residual urine volume decreases in patients. The patients regain the function of autonomous urination, the balance of bladder function is restored, and the complications are reduced, which significantly improve the life quality of patients.
