摘要
以摆线针轮减速器为对象,提出先建立其三维数字化装配模型,再采用有限元分析(FEA)确定其齿面接触应力场,最后基于Miner线性损伤累积理论进行其接触疲劳寿命评估的方法。该方法可在物理样机制造之前,采用CAE技术进行其疲劳分析和寿命预测,缩短了设计周期,降低了耐久性试验的成本。
Taking cycloidal pin gear reducer as the object, the study first proposed establishing the 3D digital model of the assembly.It then used finite element analysis(FEA) to determine the tooth surface contact stress field. Finally, it worked out the assessment method of contact fatigue and life span, based on Miner linear damage accumulation theory. This method might be used to assess fatigue and life span by CAE technology before physical prototype, so as to shorten the design cycle and reduce the cost of the durability test.
