摘要
为解决土压平衡盾构机在长距离、曲线段工况下,盾构机沿曲线轨迹直接掘进穿越区间风井技术难题,以天津地铁一号线东延一标段工程盾构机在长距离600 m曲线段上连续掘进穿越区间风井为例,通过方案优化,制定切实可行的施工对策,采用合理的管片排版方式,利用精密测量方法,计算精确的穿越线路模拟图,合理控制掘进参数,把控管片拼装质量等方法,安全顺利地完成盾构穿越区间风井时连续掘进施工,以期为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。
Under the conditions of long distance and curve section, for solving the technical problems of earth pressure bal- ance shield machine directly passing through interval tunnel airshaft in a curved path, this paper took the shield machine continuously tunneling through interval airshaft under the condition of 600 m curve segment in Lot 1 east extension project of Tianjin Subway Line 1 as an example, by adopting the methods of optimizing scheme, formulating feasible construction strategies, using reasonable segment layout, computing accurate crossing line simulation diagram by precise measuring method, reasonably controlling the tunneling parameters, supervising the assembling quality of segment and so on, which successfully completed the continuous tunneling when the shield machine passing through interval airshaft, hoping to pro- vide a reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
