Construction Technology of Gravel Backfilling for Pipe-jacking Working Pit and Receiving Pit

以西咸国际文化教育园科技路市政工程顶管工作坑、接收坑回填为例,介绍了原状土各项试验分析结果、填料控制、回填工期、回填质量控制,以及施工工艺、方案制订、施工准备及施工操作等。经过对填料及施工质量检测,表明采用天然级配砂砾作为填料能够降低沉降量,保证井回填质量、工期,为以后类似工程的施工提供借鉴。

Taking the backfilling of pipe-jacking working pit and receiving pit in municipal engineering on Keji Road of Xixian International Culture and Education Park as an example, this paper introduced the undisturbed soil test analysis re- suits, filling control, backfilling duration, backfill quality control, and the construction technology, scheme programming, construction preparation and construction operation, etc. After the inspection of the filling and construction quality, it showed that using natural graded gravel as a filler, it could reduce the settlement quantity and ensure the backfill quality and duration for the working well, which could be served as a reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
