网络环境下美国图书馆口述历史用户服务研究

Research on American Libraries' Oral History User Services in a Network Environment

在当前网络信息技术快速发展的背景下,美国图书馆口述历史工作开辟了网络数据库及其检索、网上展览、网上课堂、网上商店、社交媒体的应用和互动共享等多元化的用户服务路径。同时,美国图书馆在开展口述历史用户服务的过程中注重口述历史资源的积累与建设、多元化服务方式的探索、著作权的保护以及与用户的良性互动,这为我国图书馆开展口述历史用户服务工作提供了启示与借鉴。

Under the context of rapidly growing information technology on a macro level, American libraries take advantages of internet, explore their way through oral history services and develop myriad user services such as online database and searching, online exhibits, online classrooms, online shops, adoption and interaction via social media. American libraries lay emphases on the accumulation and structure of oral history resources, the exploration of diversified services, the copyright protection, and healthy interaction with users with developing oral history user services. They become inspirations and aspirations when developing oral history user services in China＇s libraries.
