摘要
介绍了一种临界电流测试系统,用于研究钇钡铜氧(YBCO)高温超导带材在不同温度以及不同磁场强度环境下的临界电流特性,该系统基于四引线法,其主要包括一孔径70mm、最高磁场16T的背景磁体以及低温杜瓦;Keithley 2182A纳伏表,PCI-9114数据采集卡搭建的数据采集系统,以及Lakeshore 340温控仪的温度控制系统。利用该系统进行YBCO带材分别处于平行场及垂直场时不同温度及磁场强度环境下的临界电流测试,得到了YBCO带材在低温环境下的临界电流特性,为YBCO带材的应用及研究提供依据。
This article introduced a testing system for studying the critical current characteristic of YBCO HTS tapes on variable temperature and magnetic field magnitude. Based on four - probe method, the system contained a background magnet with a Ф70mm bore which could produce fields up to 16T in a dewar. It also contained a data acquisition system with Keithley 2182A nanovohmeter, PCI -9114 data acquisition card and a temperature -control system with a Lakeshore 340 temperature controller. With this system, the critical current of YBCO was tested in different fields and different temperature when the YBCO HTS tapes were placed perpendicular and parallel to the direction of the magnetic field. The critical current characteristics of YBCO in cryogenic environment could be researched after testing. It might provide a basis for the application and research of YBCO HTS tapes.
