论职业院校专业建设“两效四核”评价模型的构建--基于CIPP评价视角

Construction of “Efficiency & Profit and Four Cores” Evaluation Mode for Vocational College Specialty Construction——Based on CIPP Evaluation Angle

专业是职业院校进行教育教学的基本单位,是经济社会与学校系统对接的主阵地。目前,职业教育领域已经深刻意识到专业建设的重要性,并探索通过职业院校专业建设评价来影响与引领专业建设。基于CIPP评价要素与职业院校专业建设评价要素的契合性与CIPP评价主旨与专业建设评价的一致性,以效率和效益为价值取向,建构了基于CIPP评价思想的职业院校专业建设"两效四核"评价模型:背景评价主要指向核心目标,输入评价主要指向核心资源,过程评价主要指向核心课程,成果评价主要指向核心发展。

The fundamental unit of Vocational College carrying its education and teaching is specialty which combines sociality and school system. Currently, vocational education has deeply realized the importance of specialty construction and searches through vocational college construction evaluation to influence and lead the specialty construction. Based on the reciprocity between CIPP evaluation factors and vocational college specialty construction evaluation factors and the integration between ClPP evaluation aim and specialty construction evaluation, aiming to efficiency and profit, this paper has constructed ＂efficiency ＆ profit and four cores＂ evaluation mode for Vocational College specialty construction based on CIPP evaluation thought： background evaluation points to the core target and input evaluation mainly points to the core resources, process evaluation mainly points to core courses and achievement evaluation mainly points to core development.
