摘要
针对现阶段高职生源素质不断下降的实际,高职院校的专业改革实践通过引入导师制,引导学生形成职业意向,促进学生主动学习,锻造"学习型"人才;按照企业需求,师生互选、建立多层次多类型班级,校企合作,共筑能力递进人才培养方案,分层递进培养"员工型"人才;以"五个一"工程为依托,对学生进行综合素质培养,奠定学生成为"全面发展型"人才的基础,最终实现"三型"人才培养目标。
Nowadays the quality of students in higher vocational colleges is declining.In order to change the situation,vocational colleges carry out tutorial system in the education reform,encourage students to learn by themselves so that they can be learning- type talents Mutual election between students and teachers,establishment of multilevel and multi- mold classes according to enterprise demands,cooperative pattern between colleges and enterprises,new progressive talent training schemes are helpful to train staff- type talents With support of the Five- One Project,vocational colleges should enhance students' comprehensive qualities to cultivate them to be fulldevelopmental typed talents C onsequently,the objectives of "three- type" talents training come true.
