高职学生创业意愿影响因素实证研究

Empirical Research on Influencing Factors of Entrepreneurial Intention of Higher Vocational College Students

学生作为创业群体的重要力量,其创业意愿的影响因素直接关系到创业教育开展的方向和重点。以吉林省职业院校的高职学生为具体研究对象,对其创业意愿的影响因素进行实证研究。研究结果显示,创业活动的经济回报、企业家特质以及创业教育的经历是影响高职学生创业意愿的重要因素。

Students are the important force in the entrepreneur group,and the influence factors of the entrepreneurial intention is directly related to the direction and focus of entrepreneurship education.R egarding higher vocational college students in Jilin Province as specific research object,the empirical research on influence factors of entrepreneurial intention was carried out,and research result shows that economic return of entrepreneurial activity,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education experience are the important factors that affect entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational college students.
