摘要 美国作为最早实行先前学习评价的国家之一,形成了其独具特色的一套评价制度与方法。美国俄克拉荷马州立大学技术学院(OUSIT)采用多元化的评价方式,为在生涯与技术培训、产业经验以及军队服务等领域获得知识和技能的学生提供先前学习评价服务,并通过标准的申请程序、严格的审核流程、多级的监管制度以及开放的公示制度为通过先前学习评价的学生授予一定的学术学分,帮助他们节省学费与时间,促进他们的"生长"。 The United States as one of the earliest countries to implement the Prior Learning Assessment(PLA) has developed a unique set of evaluation system and methods The OUS Institute of Technology(OUSIT) uses a variety of assessment methods to provide PLA services for students who acquire knowledge and skills in career and technical training,industrial experience,and military services And then,grants academic credits for students who have passed the PLA through standard application procedures strict audit process multi- level regulatory system and open publicity system to help them save money,time and promote their growth.
