摘要
随着通信行业的不断发展,通信企业面临着来自周边竞争对手的巨大压力,由此不断开拓新业务,系统集成类业务逐渐在企业转型中成为重要发展对象。然而,新业务的拓展势必带来新的问题,结合贵州省内某通信企业,针对其如何管理系统集成类项目进行研究,深度挖掘其管理机制,分析相关流程与操作,并搭建系统实现的总体框架。
With the continuous development of communication industry,the telecommunication enterprise is facing the great pressure from competitors around,thus constantly open enclosed new business,and systems integration business gradually become an important development object in the enterprise transformation. However,new business development is bound to bring about new problems. Based on a certain communication enterprises in Guizhou province,this paper mainly deals with the method of managing system integration projects. It thoroughly analyzes its management mechanism,discusses relevant processes and operations,and sets up an overall framework for the system implementation.
